(Verein zur Förderung gemeinnütziger Bildungs- und Beschäftigungsmaßnahmen Dresden e.V.), founded in 1991, as exclusive propietor of Sächsische Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden mbH it became time to assure the concern and the mission for the future of the society by establishing a foundation as legal form.
