Rheinwert is an owner-managed real-estate consulting boutique based in Düsseldorf. We specialise in providing support to wealthy families and select institutions where strategic real estate decisions and the purchase and sale of properties are involved. We focus our mandates on the asset classes of office, retail, hotel, and residential housing, with an investment volume of between € 5 million and € 50 million. In geographic terms, we concentrate on the attractive metropolitan areas of Düsseldorf and Cologne/Bonn, as well as on the Ruhr Valley. In addition, we work throughout Germany via our network of partners.
